Vulnerability is complicated because it requires courage in so many facets. We have to have the courage to know ourselves, to own our stories and to understand how our stories have impacted who we are. Once we know all of that, vulnerability requires we summon the courage to share all that we have learned about ourselves with others. The stories of who we are meant to be shared. When we share ourselves and our stories, we truly learn and understand why we go through what we go through and what we were meant to learn from it.
